Appointments
The first few visits for placing braces or appliances are one to two hours in length; however, most other visits are fairly short, lasting between 10-30 minutes in length. Orthodontic visits usually occur at 6-8 week intervals. Since most of our patients are either shool-aged children or working adults, we make every effort to accomodate your scheduling needs. We reserve early morning and late afternoon hours for short visits so that we can accomodate as many people as possible during those "prime-time" hours. We ask that you schedule long appointments during the non-prime- time hours whenever possible to help us accomodate everyone.
Financial
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that also fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, including Visa or Mastercard payments, and low or no interest financing plans. Please ask us about our financing and payment options. We will gladly explain your choices to best accomodate your needs.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will gladly check your insurance plan to determine whether orthodontic benefits are available to you. As a courtesy, our office will handle the insurance billing for you. In addition, you may be able to pay for your orthodontic treatment with pre-tax dollars as some employers offer flex-spending plans. You may wish to contact your personnel department to see if this option is available to you. We never want finances to prevent you from being able to have that beautiful smile!
